Agents using our service will be deemed to have received and accepted these conditions:
Agents cannot move signs as the rental fee is in effect for each location. THERE IS A $75 ADDITIONAL IN-STANT CHARGE EACH TIME A REALTOR MOVES A SIGN. Name stickers or bottom hangers will be placed on the signs if we have them in stock at the time of the sign request. OUT-OF-TOWN travel charges will be charged on any rural listing not in the specified towns exempt of mileage. Installations take place Monday to Friday. All orders must be received by the office by 2pm for 1 to 2 day turn around (usually 1 day). Out-of-town orders require 2 days to complete. SIGNS WILL NOT BE PUT UP OR TAKEN DOWN UN-LESS THE REQUEST IS MADE THROUGH OUR ON-LINE FORM REQUEST. https://getyoursignup.logo-shop.com/OrderForm/
SIGN RENTALS ARE FOR 6 MONTHS OR LESS. ANY SIGNS NOT POST DATED DOWN WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE AT 6 MONTHS EQUAL TO HALF OF THE ORIGINAL RENTAL, THEN $5/MONTH EVERY MONTH AFTER. WE DO NOT TAKE DOWN SIGNS ON EXPIRY, YOU MUST TELL US THE DATE.
A service charge will be charged for each wrong address, sign not allowed (condo’s etc) refused by occupant, or each time a sign requires service for repair or re-instal-lation.
Missing or Damaged Signs and Posts
Missing or damaged Stand = $45.00 each Missing or damaged Stake = $20.00 This price is a lost reve-nue cost and DOES NOT mean you have purchased the missing posts and signs. They still belong to Phoenix Signage Solution. If lost posts and signs are re-turned within 30 days of going missing, your account will be credited in full.

Billing & Payment
Our preferred method of payment is to have a Credit Card on file. On request we can facilitate payment via e-transfer.
All offices/realtors using Phoenix Signage Solutions must regularly pay their bill or services will be refused until payment is received. Offices will be invoiced at the end of every month with payment due within 15 days. There will be an interest charge of 2% per month if the invoice is paid late. Realtors will be charged C.O.D.
NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT AR-RANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Realtors will be billed within 2-3 days of the requested service with payment being withdrawn from credit card immediately. It is up to the branch to notify us of agent changes.
Commercial Sign Installation
Commercial installation charges for 4×4’s and 4×8’s in-cludes removal and storage. Any larger signs do not include removal costs, and we will not store them. In-stallation on posts or on buildings no higher than 3m off the ground. POSTS ARE THE PROPERTY OF PHOENIX SIGNAGE SOLUTIONS – DAMAGED OR MISSING POSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE AGENT. Artwork
We charge $60 per hour for new and adjusting artwork done to all signs. If appropriate artwork is supplied there will be no charge. If the supplied art does not fit the orientation of the requested sign or there are requested changes to the supplied layout there may be an artwork charge applied. We will supply a proof for all new & adjusted signs, PLEASE LOOK OVER THIS PROOF CAREFULLY AND MAKE ALL NEEDED CHANGES AT ONE TIME. We will not charge for the first correction or adjustment after the initial proof, there will be a $15 charge for each additional change after that. WE ARE NOT PERFECT AND THE PROOFS ARE DONE FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOTH PARTIES AND OUR GOAL IS TO GET THE LAYOUT & INFORMATION COR-RECT FOR THE FINAL PRODUCT. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE PROOFING PROCESS AS A WASTE OF TIME.
